Sunday dinner at Grandma Calore’s house created my passion for Italian food and family celebration. I was raised in Brooklyn, New York during the restaurant boom of the nineties. I entered the realm of restaurants at an early age and never looked back.
My history includes restaurants in Staten Island and Lower Manhattan, where I worked as an executive chef and enjoyed great success.
I always dreamed of taking my expertise to beautiful southwest Florida, having visited family that has been here for many years, now my dream is realized here on Main St, Sarasota with the launch of the “Mozzarella Fella”.
I am excited to bring to you what we have known in our family forever, the passion for authentic, Italian, delicious food.
